Yeah, I know. Cinco de Mayo was yesterday, but hey, it's the end of the weekend. Sergio Mendes & Brasil 66 recorded a cover of the Beatles' "The Fool on The Hill" in 1968, with Lani Hall (Mrs. Herb Alpert) & Karen Phillip (later of M*A*S*H) on vocals. Mendes introduces the piece, so this may have been from a television special he did.
