A collection of idiots and crybabies

On Thursday, President Trump held a rally in Michigan. Of course, the Legion of The Brainwashed were given the option not to wear masks or socially distance, since His Royal Vain-Ness won't wear one in public unless it's absolutely necessary.

Predictably, America's Oldest Baby tried to lie his way out of some damning audio evidence presented by journalist-author Bob Woodward, in which Trump, seven months ago, admitted that he knew all along how dangerous the coronavirus is. However, in order to perpetuate his con to the Legion, he went all infant:

                               "WAAAAAHHH! He's a wackjob! WAAAHHH!!"

President Pot, say hello to Mr. Kettle.

At the same event, a freelance reporter for the New York Times was ejected for commenting on social media about how the Legion wasn't, for the majority, anyway, obeying social distancing guidelines.

"WAAAAAHHHH! She's ratting us out! WAAAAHHH!"

I think at this moment in Washington, Melania is probably contemplating ordering a case of Evenflo, if you know what I mean......!
=====================================
Once upon a time, they were a team. Now, they try to out-stupid each other five days a week, and both are getting roiled by fellow media types for saying stupid things the last two days.

America's Idiot Savant, Stephen A. Smith (First Take), threw down the race card earlier this week when he claimed the Brooklyn Nets' hire of former player Steve Nash as their new head coach was the product of "white privilege".

I call BS on Smith, as usual. It is known that Nets stars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, the latter of whom didn't see the court this season due to injury, gave management the thumbs up to hire Nash, who has no coaching experience. As we reported previously, it's not the first time the Nets have given an ex-player his first coaching job, referencing Jason Kidd's tenure with the team as head coach a few years ago. As of yesterday, Smith is standing his ground like the bloviating moron he is. What Nets management is doing is trying to sell extra tickets based on name recognition, as they did with Kidd. That's not a race thing. It's a business thing. Period. End of story.

Meanwhile, out west, Smith's ex-partner, Skip Bayless, long time sports writer for the Dallas Morning News, stuffed both feet in his mouth in making some remarks regarding Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott, who admitted earlier this week that he had a bout of depression early on during the pandemic, compounded by the suicide of one of his brothers, during Thursday's episode of Skip & Shannon: Undisputed on FS1.

That Prescott spoke up and acknowledged his issues won him praise from his teammates and rivals around the NFL. While Bayless, to his credit, spoke in serious tones, it seems as though he didn't completely grasp the gravity of Prescott's situation. However, there were quite a few people on message boards during the Chiefs-Texans game that were calling for Bayless to be cut loose by FS1, accused of being insensitive.

My initial take was that FS1 was sinking to the bottom of the commentary barrel, with Bayless being a poor man's Tucker Carlson, and getting reamed out by broadcast partner Shannon Sharpe, which is what led to the flood of commentators calling for Bayless' head on a platter.

Smith & Bayless say stupid, controversial things on air to get people talking. Unfortunately, the masses are after them with pitchforks and torches for being insensitive dimwits. Which would make them perfect candidates for President Trump if he needs to make changes to his cabinet, should he be re-elected. And that's a scary thought.

Trump never lied about corona. He admitted to downplaying it to avoid panic (which the media was happy to supply anyway). I still maintain that social distancing and masks do NOT help with preventing disease. They may help a bit with dust or pollen for those sensitive to allergies, but viruses are literally in our DNA. This is a power grab and exercise in breaking the public's spirit (not to mention creating "Karens" who rat out people who refuse to be programmed). I don't see many rioters wearing masks do you? No social distancing for them yet no one is urging them to do so!

  2. I wear a mask when I travel, and I see quite a few who do, and a few who don't. To each their own, I say. Those that don't usually carry one in a pocket to put on upon entering a store or office.

As for the media supplying panic? Trump did his share of sowing panic, so it works both ways.

  3. @magicdog: You can ask Herman Cain if it's worth it to attend a gathering of a large group of people without while not wearing a mask...oh, wait. You can't because he died last month of COVID-19 after going mask-less while attending one of Chump's hate rallies!

Here in Maryland, most public retailers require people to wear masks or they'll be denied entrance and services. Wearing masks and social distancing may not be the most effective way of preventing the spread of disease, but I can tell you that acting buying into conspiracy theories is no solution either. Anyone who says that COVID-19 is a hoax doesn't know anyone who has it. My uncle tested positive last week, so you can believe whatever you choose to believe, but personally, I'm not going out in public without a mask until there's an effective vaccine running through my veins.

  4. Frankly, the virus doesn't care if you believe in it or not.

  6. "White privilege is Bull spit! That is all I have to say on that."

M'kay. Tamir Rice, a black kid, was shot to death by cops for carrying a toy gun. He didn't harm or threaten anyone; they just assumed he was "thug". Elsewhere, Breaonna Taylor was killed in her own home because someone thought she "looked suspicious".

Kyle Rittenhouse, a white kid, gets driven by his mom to a town he doesn't live in, brandishing a gun that he wasn't legally able to even have in his possession, and shoots 2 people dead in front on onlookers. He gets to walk away from the scene and the cops just roll right past him, despite bystanders pointing and telling the boys in blue that this punk just shot 2 people. Prior to that, Dylann Roof prayed with black churchgoers right before he gunned them down. The cops who arrested him took him to McDonald's and let him have a meal before driving him to the station house.

But yeah, my guy, there's totally no such thing as white privilege. That's all I have to say on that. There's a lot more I COULD say, but the owner of this blog is a good Christian man, and I prefer not to use that kind of colorful language when I'm in a good Christian person's house.

  8. Fox News would be better off if they dismissed Tuckered Out Carlson, Spam Hannity, and the rest of the Trumpet sheep, and hired legitimate journalists.

Then again, Fox News should've been sold to Disney and sanitized for everyone's protection.

A local radio host was a friend of Cain's and spoke at length about him and his cancer battle. She said when she saw him at the rally, he already looked ill. Whatever killed Cain, it wasn't something he caught at the rally.

"My uncle tested positive last week, so you can believe whatever you choose to believe, but personally, I'm not going out in public without a mask until there's an effective vaccine running through my veins."

When a piece of fruit tests positive for corona, I don't have much faith in the test. I'm sorry if your uncle is sick (is he exhibiting flu like symptoms? It's probably just that - the flu), and I hope he recovers if so, but the vast majority of people who supposedly had this have recovered fully - unless they had factors that compromised their immune system to begin with. As for the vaccine - would you really want a substance injected into your body that supposedly had only been in development for a few months, when typically they take YEARS to develop? Good luck with that. You're better off just keeping your immune system up with Vitamin C (ascorbic acid supplement), sulfur supplements, and good nutrition.

"And if white privilege no longer exists, then riddle me this: How many white people do you think would, if given the choice, choose to be black?"

That makes no sense! You're confusing privilege for superiority. Even so, considering how even the Oscars just made discrimination against whites openly acceptable in future films, that's telling that they aren't interested in what whites or Asians have to offer.

    FTR:

Tamir Rice aimed a toy pistol at a cop who couldn't tell if it was real or not. They did what training and sense told them to do. If he were white, the events would have unfolded the same way.

Breonna Taylor may very well have been in league with her boyfriend the drug dealer. She was the front who had the bank account and the face of legitimacy. The investigation is ongoing, but she wasn't the sweet innocent victim the media claims.

Kyle Rittenhouse was in Kenosha because his family owned a shop that was in danger of being destroyed by the Marxist mobs roaming the streets. He also expressed an interest in cleaning up graffiti they left (pics confirm this) and helping anyone who was hurt. Numerous videos before the shooting show he was trying to give aid to people who were hurt. When the mob tried to kill him, he used the gun to only shoot those coming at him. All three that were shot were felons including one who was a sexual predator who raped a kid. The one that survived admitted he tried to kill Kyle and was sorry he didn't. The gun Kyle used was not brought across state lines, but given to him by a Kenosha resident to use. Obviously, Kyle was well trained in using firearms.

Haven't watched FNC in years! I've found the channel to have become as unwatchable as the rest of TV media. Keep in mind that it's run by Rupert Murdoch's sons, who are notorious socialists. Even Murdoch himself is not a "conservative" so much as a man looking for money. He came up with the concept of FNC because he saw the draw of having "fair and balanced" news channel option. FNC lost that long ago - especially after one of their stockholders - a Saudi prince - bought enough stake to order certain stories about muslim terrorism to be spiked.

  10. Rittenhouse still broke the law by carrying a weapon he was ineligible to have at 17. Can't get around that.

Remember those excuses when it's *your* kid or sister or brother or friend.

The punk still murdered people in cold blood, and was still a minor, and while I'm no fan of looting and destroying property, labelling people who are tired of being treated like second citizens in their own country are "Marxist mobs"? Sure, Jan. Maybe if these trigger happy cops would stop disproportionately killing people whose skin is some other color besides, than those people wouldn't have been pushed to those extreme. People can only be pushed so far before they start to push back. But 'majority rules is A-OK as long as white people are the majority, right? Sorry, but we're done being OK with being considered second class, less than human.

"That makes no sense! You're confusing privilege for superiority. Even so, considering how even the Oscars just made discrimination against whites openly acceptable in future films, that's telling that they aren't interested in what whites or Asians have to offer."

Almost every show or movie has white people in it. When non-whites complain about that, it's not even a problem. Yet when there are no white people, it's the end of the world.

Wow, would you like another plate, or are you too full of yourself?

Get over yourself, Norma Rae. Nobody's discriminating against whites. The problem as I see it that too many of y'all see any advancement or achievement of people of color as being an attack on you somehow, which only speaks to the baked-in racism society needs to overcome.

Elevating POC is equated with disenfranchising white men for the same reason empowering women is seen as emasculating men. Y'all just don't want to risk your position on the food chain.

The world is changing, and the media and culture has to evolve to reflect those changes. White is no longer the default, and homogeny is no longer on the menu. It's not the mirror's fault if the reflection's ugly.

And I really, Really, REALLY hope that you're trying to imply that your race is inherently superior to mine or any other, 'cause that's so far from the truth that it's funny. News flash: you are NOT better than me or anyone else on this planet because of the color your skin. You guys aren't the chosen people. You're just human beings, like every human being on this planet. You. Are. Just. Like. Everybody. Else. The sooner you realize that and learn to accept it, the better off we'll all be.

  12. "That makes no sense! You're confusing privilege for superiority."

"Superiority"?? Really, dude? Just remember that YOU said that! I didn't. The amount of melanin in one's skin alone has NEVER been a measure of superiority. If you truly believe that to be true, then that tells me a lot about you, and none of it's good. Just because you're skin tone the gets all of the breaks in our society, that *doesn't* make you better than me or anyone else. You are NO better or worse than anyone else on this planet just because you're white. Race is irrelevant when it comes to innate superiority.

"Even so, considering how even the Oscars just made discrimination against whites openly acceptable in future films, that's telling that they aren't interested in what whites or Asians have to offer."

Fighting for equality is only petty to those white people who don't want to give up their privilege.

You have to love how some insecure whites see any and every attempt at diversity as an attack on them. You do realize that this is the exact same type of mentality that lead to redneck racists marching down Charlottesville holding up tiki torches and chanting "Jews will not replace us!", don't you? Men of quality don't fear equality. When you declare that you're white and then be treated like you would in the South for being gay, then you complain about being oppressed, but until then, kindly sit down and be quiet.

"Haven't watched FNC in years! I've found the channel to have become as unwatchable as the rest of TV media. Keep in mind that it's run by Rupert Murdoch's sons, who are notorious socialists."

Half of the people complaining about Socialism don't even understand what it is. The US Post Office, the fire department, the police department, traffic lights, public libraries, grocery stores, all of those things are socialist, my friend. I would suggest that at least once in a while, you try to get your information form a source that doesn't have an obvious right-wing bias and doesn't try to pass off cuckoo conspiracy theories as legitimate news.

Also, remember this: if you're supporting the Rethuglicans, you're supporting racism, regardless of your personal feelings.

Uh huh. I'd love to hear how you came to that conclusion!

"Fighting for equality is only petty to those white people who don't want to give up their privilege."

White privilege huh? Let us see the extent of that:

    1) Affirmative action (aka reverse racism): non whites and females are shoved into positions they ordinarily wouldn't have been qualified but for the qualifications being relaxed or eliminated. This is because those who came up with it, don't think they could do it on their own. I've seen plenty of people including my own father discriminated against because they were "the wrong color or gender" despite being incredibly qualified. Let's not forget the racist quotas in colleges in which qualified students are ignored in favor of "diversity" that had not only lower SAT scores, but often can barely read or write. As long as they can play college ball, they're in! White privilege at work!

    2) If being white were a privilege, wouldn't we all be rich and in positions of power? I'm not, and plenty of others are not.

    3) If Kyle were black, would he be excoriated by you right now? Or any other person forced to kill in self defense?

    4) Why are not people saying the name of victims like Joshua Ungersma, Joseph & Josseline Roland, and Cannon Hinnant? If the races were reversed, the media would be howling, yet they aren't.

    5) Pro sports are decorating uniforms and gridirons with Black lives matter and other racist crap. The KC Chiefs game had people sing the black national anthem. That's white privilege?

    6) We had a black president to show how we were not racist and he spent the next 8 years telling us how racist we were. Never mind that he went to an exclusive prep school in Hawaii and never had the "black experience".

    7) There's a Congressional Black Caucus, yet there isn't a Congressional White Caucus. Why is that? White privilege at work again!

    8) BET - why do we need a black network when entertainment has had all colors of entertainers for decades? Why not an all white network? Oh yeah, privilege!

  14. As Clamhead from Jabberjaw would say, "Wowie wow wow".

There was a ton of crapola to comb through there, so I'm only going to address two of your so-called "points" directly:

-There already is a White Entertainment Television. It's called television.

-If you think middle to upper class blacks don't know "the black experience", that just tells me that you have no fogging idea what the black experience is.

As for the rest, my man, in just a few hours, you've displayed several different ways of saying "I'm a racist dirt-bag". You've shown me your true colors, and they ain't pretty. I can only imagine the things you say about "my kind" when you're offline.

Do me a solid and never post anything in mine and my brother's site, 'kay?

If Kyle Rittnhouse had been black, he would be on trial for murder right now, assuming that the police wouldn't just kill him on site.

And I'm not even going to dignify the rest of the jibber-jabber that you typed here with a response (aside from this one). This is all the same whitesplaining and white nationalist talking points that I've been hearing from RWNJs since the sad day that Fat Bastard got elected POTUS, and I'm sick of it. One thing that I'll give to you Rethuglicans; you're always on the page about everything. You guys are more monolithic than you seem to think that black people are.

Man, Dog, I thought that you were kind of cool, but now that I see what a RWNJ raging racist you are, I can see that was a miscalculation on my part.

Like my brother said, you can go ahead and lose the url to our site, dog, or at the very least, never post there again. Consider yourself blocked from this moment on.
