Does Direct Action Everywhere have a problem with the Los Angeles Rams?

Direct Action Everywhere, for those unfamiliar with the activist group, has had an ongoing protest against outgoing Minnesota Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor's Smithfield Farms over animal abuses and the fact that a whistleblower is currently in jail.

This does not give these morons license to constantly hijack nationally televised sporting events, such as the NBA playoffs, or, last night, Monday Night Football. I get they have a message, but these morons are going about it the wrong way, and their people are getting hurt for a misguided cause.

For the 2nd time in a month, a DAE activist got onto the football field, this time at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, during Rams-49ers. You'll recall that on opening night, another DAE idiot disrupted the season opener between the Rams and Buffalo. The common thread? The defending Super Bowl champs lost both games!

On Monday, Rams linebacker Bobby Wagner, a free agent pickup from Seattle in the offseason, was on the sidelines while the Rams were on offense, and knocked down the DAE geek.

On ESPN2's ManningCast, Eli & Peyton Manning were yukking it up over the moron's misfortune, though I doubt this made the main telecast.

DAE won't stop disrupting games to get their point across, but after several incidents over the last nearly six months, you'd think these jabronies would get a clue and organize a press conference to air out their gripe with Taylor. For the health of their membership, it's a safer option.
