Today, Right Guard is part of the Henkel Corporation, parent company of Dial, which acquired the iconic deodorant a few years ago.
Back in 1979, Right Guard's original manufacturer, Gillette, came up with this send-up of "12 Angry Men" with a jury deadlocked on a case, and also on what type of Right Guard to use, given away as the bailiff brings a tray full of product. Kene Holliday (Carter Country) appears.
A few years later, Holliday would make a bit of a comeback on Matlock, only to leave after a couple of seasons.
