In one of the quickest Papal conclaves in human history, Robert Prevost, 69, of Chicago was elected as the new Pope earlier today.
The conclave began Wednesday, and ended just after 6 pm in Vatican City (Noon EST).

Prevost will officially be christened Pope Leo XIV, and is the first American-born Pope.
His predecessor, Pope Francis, had his run-ins with president Trump, and we'll soon see if Pope Leo will cause some headaches for the fraudulent "Christian" in the White House (or vice versa).
