From season 1 of The Munsters:
Leo Durocher appears as himself in this entry. Trying to teach Eddie how to hit, Herman (Fred Gwynne) hits a ball that goes 8 blocks from the community park to downtown, where it hits Durocher in the head. Durocher needs a power hitter, and he may have just found one in "Herman The Rookie". Directed by Jerry Paris (The Dick Van Dyke Show).
