I always enjoyed these episodes because we got to see just how talented the cast truly was!
Holy cow! Howard Hesseman as one of the doctors?? Must have been about a year or so away from his stint as Johnny Fever on WKRP!!
Kind of unfair that the tycoon didn't call Laverne back! Then again, one would think a guy that rich would be in a much fancier facility.
WKRP launched in 1978, so we're talking two years before that with this episode of Laverne & Shirley. Howard's career extends further back than that, though, having read of his earlier work under the name "Don Sturdy".
