Videos of Summer: Indian Summer (1985)

In the course of an illustrious career spanning nearly 60 years, Barry Gibb has dabbled in country music, having authored the #1 smash, "Islands in The Stream", for Dolly Parton and the late Kenny Rogers in 1983, in collaboration with his late brothers, Robin & Maurice.

Two years later, Gibb co-wrote "Indian Summer" with another country icon, Larry Gatlin, which led to Gatlin, Gibb, & Roy Orbison coming together, a couple of years before Orbison formed the Traveling Wilburys with Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, George Harrison, & Jeff Lynne (Dylan & Lynne are the only Wilburys left). The only existing video is a recording session with Gibb, Orbison, and the Gatlin Brothers (Larry included):

It's funny how, 35 years later, this is the first time I've actually heard the song, because I don't remember hearing it on the radio. Go figure.
